Our proactive programs in assuring the safety and security of our guests are listed below.

• All staffs are oriented as part of the security team responsible for the safety and security of all guests.

• All staffs are required to participate in security workshops such as fire and earthquake drill conducted every quarter to ensure that they are thoroughly trained to deal with all types of emergencies.

• The elevators of Joya Lofts and Towers are equipped with the latest closed circuit television and recording technology (CCTV) that are monitored by trained security officers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• The elevators of Joya Lofts and Towers are equipped with access card system that restricts unregistered individuals to access any floor of the North and South Towers. In addition, the access card is given to a guest that will enable him / her to access the floor of his / her room and other common areas.

• Security officers in North and South Towers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• All floors have fire alarm pull stations located at each fire staircase entrances and at the end of each corridor.

• Each room is equipped with fire extinguisher and detector that is monitored by trained security officers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• The utilities and infrastructures of Rockwell include 28 megawatts of standby generator in case of power fluctuations and outage.

• Parking area is equipped with an access card system and is manned by security officers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
